Activities for adults and young people with disabilities

Inchgarth community centre is proud of the opportunities and services available for people with learning or physical disabilities to access.

With a changing sector and growing demands on public sector funding Inchgarth is providing access, activities and opportunities for those who need us the most.

Inchgarth is accessed by numerous service providers from across the city and the shire to access social, learning and recreational activities for the people they support.

While it is our aim to create as much opportunities as possible for people we must stress that those people who need support must have this at all times while attending Inchgarth.

We are not a support work service and have no staffing resource to spend time, support or manage people with disabilities who are not independant.

Inchgarth has a huge range of facilities and the best way to see what we have is to call us to arrange a full tour and perhaps relax afterward in our NEW Peggy's Tea Room.

A full tour gives you an understanding of what's available to make your time at Inchgarth as enjoyable as possible.

While we fully encourage people to simply drop into the centre if you would like a tour we do ask that you call us on 325191 to arrange a suitable time.

We are certain you will be impressed

Every Friday as part of our social care project we run an entertainment sessions where each week a different singer, group or performer gives people something fun and relaxing to enjoy.

These sessions are funded by Inchgarth with support from the city councils social care grant programme.
